Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to availability of components, customization requirements, logistics, payment delays, statutory approvals, site readiness, or other circumstances beyond our control.Installation and commissioning shall be carried out only after the site is ready with required space, power supply, internet/network if applicable, furniture, environmental conditions, and necessary access permissions.Any delay due to incomplete site readiness, pending approvals, or customer-side requirements shall not be considered a delay from Akademika Lab Solutions.
5. Training and Documentation
Where applicable, Akademika Lab Solutions may provide user manuals, experiment manuals, technical documentation, software instructions, installation guidelines, and training support.Training may be conducted physically or online depending on the agreed scope. Additional training beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.
6. Warranty
Warranty terms shall be applicable only as mentioned in the respective quotation, invoice, tender compliance, or purchase order.Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. Warranty shall not cover damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, unauthorized repair, wrong power supply, improper installation by third parties, physical damage, liquid damage, electrical surges, environmental damage, wear and tear, or consumable items unless specifically mentioned.
7. After-Sales Support and AMC
After-sales support shall be provided as per the agreed terms. Any Annual Maintenance Contract, extended warranty, calibration support, repair service, or onsite support shall be governed by a separate commercial and technical agreement.Akademika Lab Solutions may charge for service visits, spare parts, repairs, calibration, or support outside the warranty or agreed scope.
8. Payments
Payments must be made as per the agreed payment terms mentioned in the quotation, proforma invoice, invoice, purchase order, or contract.Akademika Lab Solutions reserves the right to withhold dispatch, installation, commissioning, documentation, support, or warranty service in case of overdue payments or incomplete commercial formalities.
9. Cancellation and Refund
Order cancellation shall be subject to approval by Akademika Lab Solutions.Customized products, made-to-order systems, tender-based supplies, imported items, specially procured components, software licenses, and lab turnkey solutions may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once processing, procurement, manufacturing, or customization has started.Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable administrative, procurement, logistics, banking, or cancellation charges.
