The Avalanche Photodiode Detector Module is an educational training system designed to study the characteristics and performance of avalanche photodiodes in fiber optic communication. It supports practical measurements of APD responsivity at 1310nm and 1550nm, along with bias voltage versus gain characteristics. The module features an adjustable high-voltage power supply and SC-type optical connectors for hands-on experimentation.
