The TSG6020 60MHz 2CH Function Signal Generator is a dual-channel arbitrary waveform generator designed for precise signal generation and testing. It features a maximum frequency of 60MHz, 200MSa/s sampling rate, 14-bit vertical resolution, and supports sine, square, pulse, ramp, noise, and arbitrary waveforms.
